Jeh Johnson oversaw the Coast Guard as the Secretary of Homeland Security from 2013 to 2017 under President Barack Obama. Currently, he is a partner with the law firm of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. Secretary Johnson advises clients, on crisis management, government and internal investigations, high-stakes litigation and regulatory matters, and legal aspects of cybersecurity and other security matters.
RADM Richard M. Larrabee, USCG (Ret.) served as the Director of the Port Commerce Department of The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey at the time of the September 11, 2001, attacks. He was in his 62nd floor office when the first tower was hit and the building started to rock. He made it through the dust, smoke and crossed the river to Port Newark to lead efforts to reopen New York ports within days of the attack.
